PerMix Sigma Mixer

The PerMix PSG series Sigma Mixer — also known as the Double Sigma Mixer or Double Z Blade Mixer — is designed for mixing and kneading ultra-high viscosity materials (500,000 cps+).

Robust and efficient, it delivers reliable performance for food, pharma, chemical, and cosmetic applications.

Sigma mixers are designed for heavy-duty kneading and mixing of materials too viscous for conventional mixers. From adhesives and doughs to chemical slurries and sealants, PerMix UK’s sigma mixers are engineered to deliver consistent results while meeting UKCA, CE, GMP, and ATEX/DSEAR standards.

Twin Shaft Kneading

  • Two counter-rotating sigma blades knead, fold, and shear the material.
  • Provides intensive mixing for high-viscosity pastes and slurries.

Sealing & Containment

  • All seals are isolated from the product zone.
